I think in the background we need to convert to pdf and then send the file to iPrint would be possible so nothing of the document gets lost in the process. This workflow prevents the need to download the file locally to be able to print. * If required the user can then use the iPrint App to Acknowledge the job. instead of save a PDF or save/export the file locally to be able to print is the File> Print> Micro Focus iPrint dialog is available popping up the iPrint web page where the user can select a destination printer (much like uploading the document to iPrint Web). * User has a rich document editing expirience and needs to print. * Instead of in place editing locally on the device the file is opened in COOL/LOOL * User logs into Filr web portal and opens a file for editing (this could be any solution and also be done in a mobile App or a borowser on a mobile device). This is especially limiting on mobile devices due to file size restrictions, network speed, App silo's. Scope is this: as a file lives in our datacenter and we open the file in Micro Focus Filr (or any solution like that) we generally need to download the file to be able to print it. This may at the same time be an opportunity for sites leveraging COOL/LOOL with like NextCloud, OwnCloud, Filecloud, Pydio, Kolab ().Ĭollabora Online is a branded and enterprise supported version of LibreOffice Online allowing document (co) editing in a webbrowser. there is being looked at integrating Collabora Online (COOL) and LibreOffice Online (COOL) into Micro Focus Filr (but not limited to). This is something that can't be too hard to do.
